The is a significant amount of effort put into moaning about why software is not upgraded. Unfortunately, most users just simply do not care, or know why they should care. Gone are the days where Android phones needed to be upgraded desperately - the fact is that with Gingerbread, Google pretty much nailed the stability and usability issues.
