Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V now available
Sony Ericsson are fattening up their Android range in more ways than one. The Xperia Neo V has just been released, offering a mid-range price point in a pretty attractive looking package. It is easy to forget in these times with Size Zero phones such as the Xperia Arc S and Motorola RAZR that some phones are not the skinny waifs that many aspire to own. It is nice to have a phone with a bit of….girth. Not that 13mm thick is obese, mind you.
The Neo V offers a 3.7-inch touchscreen with an 854×480 resolution, powered by a 1GHz processor and Android 2.3. The main 5 megapixel camera features an LED flash, and can record 720p HD video, while on the front there is a smaller camera for video calls. There’s also an HDMI port and Sony Ericsson have kindly supplied a cable which is nice.
You can get the Xperia Neo V SIM free direct from Sony for £249.99 while Play.com have it for £260. Bargain bucket winner is BuyMobilePhones.net who will sell you one SIM free for £229.95.
