Windows stalwart application WinZip is now available in Android. Once pretty indispensable on any desktop computer, the app has recently shown success on the iPhone, and now it is Google’s turn.
Whether it is any use is debatable though. Google Play has a bunch of zip enabled apps, and most phones will open zip files with the built in functionality of Android. And some of the Play reviews indicate it looks a little aesthetically challenged. But it is free. So stop complaining. WinZip is now available on Google Play.
