In another odd turn of events after the release of on{X} last week, Microsoft has again stunned Android users by releasing an app for Xbox Live.

The My Xbox Live app allows users to track their Xbox activities, change their 3D avatar  and profile while staying in touch with online chums. Sounds all a little too “young” to me. I haven’t got time to update this blog properly let alone play games…and if you don’t own or use an Xbox, it will be just as useless to you.

The odd thing is that Microsoft is clearly not cutting off it’s nose to spite its face. Android is popular and they clearly do not want to hamper their Xbox brand by putting in roadblocks for other platforms to join in.
