Get a free Nexus 7 for only £20.50 per month with a new Android phone
The budget busting £200 price barrier has provided online retailers with the opportunity to bundle the latest Android tablet with some pretty good Android phones.
Retailer Buy Mobile Phones has a few great offers on at present ranging from just £20.50 per month on a 2 year contract. For this you get the old Samsung Galaxy Ace and a respectable 500MB data plan and 100 minutes with Orange. But the latest and greatest tablet deserves a better tether partner than the Ace.

Get a free Android phone with the Nexus 7
For our money, the one to go for it’s sequel, the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 on T-Mobile. You get a choice of medium or large internet packages for only £26 per month. You are also getting a pretty decent phone (even if it unlikely to ever get Ice Cream Sandwich).
If you have your heart set on Ice Cream, then extending your budget is not necessarily the only option if you opt for the LG L7 which can be had on contracts from only £26 per month. That is far from a cutting edge handset although it is new, but is not terrible either.
If it is the premium Android experience you want, then the top banana Galaxy S III will set you back a whopping £79.99 up front on a £46 per month contract with Vodafone. Ouch.
But for Google purists, get both latest Nexus devices, the Galaxy Nexus and the Nexus 7 on Vodafone from £36 per month. There is not upfront charge either and that the offer I would put my hand in my pocket for. You could also get an HTC One S for that price which is a nice alternative or the Sony Xperia S for only £33.50 per month. What a choice!
If any other retailer cotton onto this consumer gold mine, I’ll let you know. I would expect Carphone Warehouse to be ramping up some sort of similar promotion to dissuade customers from the free Blackberry Playbook promotion which seems like it will never end.
